Arjun Shah

is an online fitness coach who has trained 1,000+ clients globally through personalized, goal-oriented programs. After naturally losing 40 kgs himself, he brings real-world experience to every transformation — combining fitness expertise with a deep understanding of mindset.

 

Specializing in fat loss, lean muscle gain, healthy weight gain, and contest prep for bodybuilding. Arjun’s approach is rooted in sustainability: fitness should fit into your life, not take it over. Known for his responsiveness and commitment, he’s helped people not just change their bodies, but build lasting confidence and discipline.
